I’ve been wonderfully busy these past couple of weeks..

Went to Greece on writing camp, wrote 6 songs and soaked up some sun, lost my favorite headband due to a copious amount of jagermeister, generously provided by new compadres. 

Recorded the first single for a new project. In a real studio, with real musicians, and real everything. It’s coming out in June. I am simultaneously excited and nervous bordering on terrified. Mostly though, I’m proud and I’m lucky to be working with a great team.

Shot the music video. I wore a yellow dress. We drove around in a banged up car, feeling quite ridiculous but also sort of gangster. Laughed a lot and caught a cold because it was freezing cold. But that’s ok, I’m just happy to be busy working with things that I love and keeping out of trouble. 

And soon it will be summer, which means sunshine, adventures with friends, and album recording. YAY.
